A full bone-in leg of lamb ranges from 10 - 12 pounds. Larger single roasts may be available in-store in limited quantities. For a larger crowd, we recommend ordering more than one roast to obtain the desired total weight. Two smaller roasts will cook faster and more evenly.
A petite but tender roast option, the rack of lamb is an impressive presentation arriving at the table. A full rack of lamb is 8 "chops", and averages 1 - 1 1/4 pounds. All of our lamb racks come frenched.
