Large Round Sausage & Escarole Ravioli Pasta - Talluto's
Ingredients: Dough - Extra fancy durum wheat flour, water, fresh pasteurized eggs, corn flour (corn oil, and beta carotene) - Filling - Sauteed pork (pork shoulder, pure olive oil, salt, spice), escarole, whole milk ricotta cheese, (pasteurized milk and cream, vinegar, salt), imported pecorino romano cheese (pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, bacterial culture, and salt) salt, roasted garlic, spices.
Contains: Wheat, Milk, & Eggs
Cooking Instructions: Place ravioli in boiling salted water (approx 3-4 qts per dozen) and stir. When ravioli begin rising to the surface, lower boiling water to a simmer and cook approximately 8-10 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
